- Go to "/usr/local" directory
cd /usr/local
- Gunzip and untar the package:
gzip -dc coed_1.0.tar.gz | tar xvf -
This will create a directory named /usr/local/coed/
- Go to "/usr/local/coed"
cd /usr/local/coed
- Run setup.sh script
sh setup.sh
- Create a symbolic link from the coed.pl script to the actual location of
the executable.
ln -s coed.pl /usr/local/bin
