Southern blot of DNA samples of E. acervulina (lanes a) and E. tenella (lanes b) digested with EcoRI, HindIII and PstI, separated on a 0.8% agarose gel, transferred to nylon membranes and hybridized with 32P-labelled probes of SCAR markers Ac-G02-360 (A), Ac-A09-715 (B), Ac-A08-710 (C) and Tn-A03-930 (D).
